The Kaze 34 Hotel and Serviced Residence

THE WORST - They should advertise this place FREE SMOKING, stayed at 3rd floor and we think other IGNORANT GUEST NON STOP SMOKE on their room and this old AC building circulate everything to other room, make ours smell cigarette!!! - Reception told us the smoke cigarette from outside, but NO! IT IS FROM AC! We did open window at first night and close it on the second = STILL SMELL SMOKE - Sagging mattress = totally back pain - Lumpy pillows Also, please note: - Rust and crack all over the room - Bathroom door handle, tap water are RUSTY make our hands and water smell - No shower curtain = all bathroom become wet - Rusty and old, but functional induction stove - Construction just beside the hotel, expect noise including early morning on weekend - Ants - Washing machine available, however look at the filter - couch: totally just fabric cover and wood - toilet clogged! Great! Pro - service is good. Reception and security help to carry luggages and fast - pet friendly, they have roof top for pet which is amazing - Microwave, cutlery, induction stove, pot available - Free tuktuk except on Tuesday - spacious area

Recently stayed at the Kaze 34 hotel and serviced apartments and had a wonderful time. I’d highly recommend it. We stayed over the pride weekend so spent most of our time around the central shopping centre area and the location was perfect for that, close to the sky train. There is also a free Tuk tuk during daytime hours that will bring you to some nearby locations, we didn’t think we’d use it but the drivers were super friendly and encouraging and it was a really good service! The apartment was clean, comfortable and most importantly quiet. We slept really well. There is a decent kitchenette with hob as well as pots and pans. The air con is also very good. There is a pretty decent small gym on the top floor as well as a jacuzzi which we didn’t use but is a really cool feature to see for the price! The staff were all very friendly. Especially the night porter/cleaner who looked after us a lot. I’m not sure of his name but he was very friendly, always smiling! Overall I would recommend and would certainly stay again. Previous reviews have mentioned that it’s a bit out of the way, it seems to be in quite a fancy part of sukhumvit, there are a lot of fancy hotels about. This means it’s quiet, safe and there are plenty of nearby food and drink options. It is a bit far from kao san road and all those places but grab makes Bangkok super easy to navigate! By the way they also allow pets and I am allergic to cats but had absolutely no issue. The floors are all tiled and the apartments are kept super clean.

We arrived earlier than the checkin time which is 2pm and room was not available but the hotel arranged us a temporary rest room for few hours till our room was ready. Very friendly and helpful. Easy location to get taxi through grab. Very Silent hotel.All good food places and shops are jus 20 minutes taxi ride away from the hotel. i would definitely recommend the place for your stay.
